ATG Trust Attends IICLE Third Annual Special Needs Institute

Nathan Beemster, Josephine Sanchez and Shannon James recently attended the Third Annual Special Needs Institute presented by IICLE. The day included seminars led by some of the best in the industry. 

The goal of the institute was to help attorneys and trust professionals better assist individuals with special needs and their families by sharing up-to-date information on sophisticated topics including government benefit and waiver programs, ABLE, special needs trust drafting and tax implications, trust administration issues and more.

With great attorneys and advisors, we spent the day learning how to work through the challenges that affect our clients.
