ATG Trust Client Information Forms Helps Our Go Green in '17 Initiative

If you receive ATG Trust statements in the mail, you may have noticed something new in your envelope. This quarter's mailing included our new Client Information Form. ATG Trust Company believes in providing responsive, competent and excellent service to our clients. Our relationships are one of our top priorities and keeping contact information up to date is one way to make sure we provide high quality service.

Additionally, we are excited to announce that ATG Trust Company will be going "Green in '17". Starting in April, we will be offering our clients access to their account statements via our online portal. They will receive email notifications when their statement is available and may view current statements at any time. We do require that each client "opt-in" to online statement access by selecting "Yes" on the Client Information Form and providing their email address.

 

Completing and returning the form helps ATG Trust adhere to our mission of providing excellent customer service, whether in-person, on the phone, or virtually. As always, our staff is available to answer any questions you or your clients may have.
